The DWCNC130 is a CNC automatic 4 inch pipe bending machine rated to Ø130 × 8 mm in carbon steel. Four-inch NPS pipe has an outside diameter of 114.3 mm, so this machine covers 4 inch pipe in both Schedule 40 and Schedule 80, with margin left over.

That margin matters. A machine rated exactly at 4 inch diameter will usually fall short on wall thickness — 4 inch Schedule 40 is 6.02 mm and Schedule 80 is 8.56 mm. Sizing the machine one step above the pipe is what lets you run both schedules on the same equipment.

Servo Feed and Rotation, Hydraulic Bend

Feed length and rotation plane are servo-driven and run from the stored program, holding ±0.1 mm and ±0.1°. These are the two motions where error accumulates across a multi-bend part, and automating them is what removes indexing scrap.

The bend axis is cylinder-driven with speed adjustable to 45°/sec. At 4 inch Schedule 80 the force required is substantial, and hydraulic drive delivers it at a fraction of the cost of an all-electric machine in this size class.

The control stores 500 part programs with up to 30 bends each. With a 3,900 mm feeding stroke and 5,600 mm effective mandrel length, the machine handles standard pipe lengths without pre-cutting.

The DWCNC130 shares its bed, feeding stroke and overall dimensions with the smaller DWCNC114 — 7,500 × 1,300 × 1,550 mm in both cases. The difference is in the bending head, the 15 kW pump and the 9-tonne mass that reacts the load.
